No Spectators
Parking in the back (enter off of Akenside Rd. east of the school).
Enter in Door "L". Students report to the cafeteria for check in and build. Snacks/doughnuts allowed.

Pit area will be in the cafeteria and the fields will be upstairs in the gym as usual.
Please have your families drop off students in the back of Hauser (off of Akenside Rd).
Students and coaches should only enter through door L. Do NOT attempt to enter through door K (the cafeteria). Thank you!
To help speed up inspection, please cover inspection expectations with your team this week.
For the first competition, inspection always takes forever because students are not prepared.
Please prepare them so we can get started with the day.
When kids are not ready for inspection, it delays the whole competition.
No Concessions, Bring snacks, donuts, water or other drinks
Wifi can be challenging. We recommend students use hot spots if they have them.
We will be running two fields to speed up the competitions this year. Please prepare your students for this change.
We will make announcements for students to contact home as we get towards the conclusion of the event.
